Saving your progress

Our quote calculator saves the information you enter as you move through each step. This means that if you do not finish the form, we may still hold the details you provided up to that point, including your contact details. We do this so we can follow up and help you complete your quote. If you would prefer we delete a partial enquiry, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Prepare and provide your EV charger installation quote
• Contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or text
• Carry out and manage any work you engage us for

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Quote enquiries that do not proceed are periodically deleted. Photos of your property are used solely for assessing and completing your installation.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including secure storage and restricted access within our team.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. To do so, contact us at the details below.
